Poco M6 Plus 5G Color Options and Important Features Verified Before August 1st Launch in India

Poco Buds X1 and Poco M6 Plus 5G will be released in India on August 1. According to earlier rumors, the next smartphone is probably just the Redmi 13 5G under a new name, therefore it will have many of the same features. Poco has already leaked the handset's design and hinted at a few of these capabilities. The phone's processor, camera, and display specifications have now been verified by the manufacturer. The Poco M6 Plus 5G's color selections have also been made public.

According to a press release from the business, the Poco M6 Plus 5G will include a 6.79-inch full-HD+ display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is stated that the phone has the only dual-sided glass design in the segment.

Additionally, the company said that Qualcomm's Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE (accelerated edition) chipset, along with up to 8GB of RAM, will power the Poco M6 Plus 5G. The phone will come pre-installed with HyperOS, which is based on Android 14.

In the meantime, Poco just revealed that the M6 Plus 5G will include two rear cameras: a 108-megapixel primary sensor and support for a 3x in-sensor zoom. The phone will feature a 13-megapixel front camera for taking selfies and making video calls, the company has now disclosed.

For further protection, the Poco M6 Plus 5G will have a fingerprint sensor positioned on the side. Its thickness will be 8.32 mm, and its construction is rated IP53 for protection to dust and splashes. Graphite Black, Ice Silver, and Misty Lavender are the three color options that will be offered for the phone.
